Responsibilities:
  • Cheerfully, Greet and Assist residents, vendors and guests
  • Prepare and deliver notifications to residents
  • Follow up with residents and vendors on completion of necessary items
  • Handle packages and delivers and scheduling of move in and move outs
  • Ensure security of entry of buildings with guests and vendors
  • Work closely with management on daily operations for the success of our properties
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ customer service
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as active listening
  • Willingness to be at the property when required, emergencies and some non-traditional hours and some weekends.
