Cheerfully, Greet and Assist residents, vendors and guests
Prepare and deliver notifications to residents
Follow up with residents and vendors on completion of necessary items
Handle packages and delivers and scheduling of move in and move outs
Ensure security of entry of buildings with guests and vendors
Work closely with management on daily operations for the success of our properties
Minimum of 1-2 years’ customer service
Strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as active listening
Willingness to be at the property when required, emergencies and some non-traditional hours and some weekends.
